DPM International/PMGI LearnFest Registration Terms and Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions between Development Partners & Management International (DPM International) -organisers of LearnFest Caribbean- and you when you purchase a ticket or register for LearnFest Caribbean. DPM International reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Scannable Ticket (the barcode on your ticket must be presented for checking into the event)
Your ticket may contain a QR code or a bar code. This code will be needed in order to check you into the event. Therefore, you may print or save your ticket on your electronic device. The bar/code must be clearly visible and scannable, when presented for entry to the event.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
General
All requests for refunds must be done in writing to register@learnfestcaribbean.org. Persons will receive a 75% refund of the amount paid for tickets. No shows/absentees are not eligible for refunds. Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. However name changes will be facilitated free of charge up to 1 day prior to the commencement of the event. No name changes will be facilitated on the second day of the event and the ticket price will be forfeited. If the event is postponed to another date, no refunds will be granted. However, tickets can be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost. Should the event be cancelled due to any Act of God, Pandemic, Global/Caribbean/National Crisis or any cause outside of the control of the Organizers, then persons requesting refunds will receive 75% of the amount paid for tickets.
Adjustments to Agenda
The Schedule/Agenda/Programme outlined on this website is subject to change. It may become necessary—for reasons beyond our control—to alter the content or timing of the program or the speakers. However, refunds will not be given due to change of speakers or change in the programme.
How Refunds Will Be Paid
Refunds will be given in the original payment method and payee. All credit card payments via PayPal will be subject to a PayPal processing fee, which will be deducted in addition to the administrative fee
We value your privacy: DPM International and its subsidiaries will not share, sell or trade information or data gained from our clients to any individual or organisation. Information collected will be used solely as stated on this page.
Types of information we collect: Personal information may include: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and employer name background.
How we use your information
We will use your information to help you complete a transaction or order. If you purchase services or products online, the information you provide will be used by our financial service providers only for payment processing and fraud prevention.
We also use information provided by you to improve and personalize our websites, services or communications. Therefore we may ask you to complete a customer survey or post your comments. This information will help us to make our services and products more relevant to your personal or professional interests, demographics, and experiences. Information you provide will be used to communicate with you, to provide pre and after sales services and support, to update you on our services and products and to personalize promotional offers. Occasionally, we may also use your information to contact you for market research. Occasionally individuals authorised by DPM International will take photos during events. DPM International reserves the right to utilise photos taken in its promotional efforts and maintains all rights to such photos and promotional material.
